Good practices in primary health care is a qualitative study. Data were collected by questionnaires in 2023. The questionnaire was sent nationwide to general practitioners working in primary health care across Finland. The aims of the study were to analyse already existing good practices of primary health care and to bring out the views of doctors working in health centres on the development needs of primary health care. In addition, the aim of the study was to examine the experiences of appreciation among doctors and to form a picture of the content of meaningful work. The data will be analysed using qualitative and quantitative methods.
