Doctoral defence, Tuomas Karhu, MSc, Applied Physics, Kuopio

The doctoral dissertation of Tuomas Karhu, MSc, entitled Nocturnal hypoxic load in the evaluation of the progression of sleep apnea will be examined at the Faculty of Science, Forestry and Technology, Kuopio Campus. The opponent will be Associate Professor Mathias Baumert, University of Adelaide, Australia, and the custos will be Professor Juha Töyräs, Kuopio University Hospital and University of Eastern Finland. Language of the public defence is English but the introductory lecture (lectio praecursoria) is in Finnish.
