Professor Emerita of Neurology Hilkka Soininen has been chosen as the recipient of the Bengt Winblad Lifetime Achievement Award.

PhD Sara Fraccastoro, University Lecturer at the UEF Business School, has received an award by the American Marketing Association (AMA) Sales special interest group for her doctoral dissertation.

Visiting researcher Filipp Temerov from the Department of Chemistry has received a grant of 45,000 euros in the Säätiöiden post doc -pooli’s spring application round.

The University of Eastern Finland’s Communicator of the Year Awards were announced in an award ceremony today. The selections were made by the university’s Communications and Media Relations.
