The doctoral dissertation of Petteri Nissinen, MSc, entitled Dimension estimates and covering numbers on fractal sets will be examined at the Faculty of Science, Forestry and Technology, Joensuu Campus. The opponent will be Senior Lecturer Juha Lehrbäck, University of Jyväskylä, and the custos will be Professor István Prause, Åbo Akademi. Language of the public defence is English.
