Are you looking for a student for a job, a thesis project or an internship?
The collaboration between the university and working life is closely linked to our students finding employment and developing the university’s degree programmes so that they better meet the needs of working life.
The modes of collaboration include lectures by company experts and visiting lecturers, workplace placement of students to work on a thesis or project or to do practical training (internship), and other collaboration with employers that supports the employment of students, including visits to companies and on-the-job learning. The collaboration also provides our students with working life experience and an opportunity to see their field of study implemented in practice.
Aarresaari connects employers and students
We use Aarresaari, which is a network of academic career services representing 13 Finnish universities. The network offers services to employers as well as university students and graduates. Employers can use Aarresaari to advertise jobs, internships, and thesis subjects. For students, Aarresaari provides a career-planning guide, a job-seeking guide, information on internships, and a guide to international job-seeking.
