Anar Ospanova, a 1st-year PhD student at the Institute of Photonics at UEF, was one of the three recipients of a Best Poster Award in the Optics and Photonics Days 2022 (OPD 2022) conference in Tampere last week. The title of her poster was “Transmission properties of self-complementary metamaterials via Babinet principle”.
There was a record-braking number of participants in the conference: almost 350 scientists, students, and company employees.
