Study methods: Online course during 18.2.–2.5.2025.

  • Independent studying in eLean Moodle learning environment (10 hours)
  • Independent reading literature (25 hours)
  • Online discussion in Moodle learning environment (10 hours)
  • Writing scientific essays on intercultural competence and communication: a case study (group work) and peer group commenting (45 hours)
  • Writing scientific essays and using critical incidence method and case study (group work) peer group commenting (45 hours)
  • Self-evaluation of one's own learning

Evaluation criteria: A passing grade is equivalent to a 'good' level, which stands for at least 70 % of the set objectives.

To pass the study unit, the student must have completed all learning tasks and assignments (individual assignment, self-evaluation and group assignments).

Individual courses are 20 euros per ECTS credit. The prices are valid for the 2024-2025 academic year.

II Proceed to identify yourself using the Suomi.fi service, fill in your personal information to the registration form, confirm your registration and pay the study fees. If you cannot use the Suomi.fi service, please contact our student affairs secretary, their information can be found below.

III Your registration will typically be processed in 2-5 working days. During peak registration periods, this may take up to 10 days. After this period, you will get an automatic message which includes a link to the starting instructions. Please read and follow the instructions carefully.

 

If you do not have a UEF username, you will also get instructions for activating one. Access rights will be added to your username when your study right begins.
