Commissioned research refers to research, survey or other service tailored to the customer’s needs that the customer pays for in full. Our customers include companies in different industrial sectors and societal actors, such as cities and municipalities. The services are implemented by the best experts at our university, using a versatile research infrastructure.
Commissioned research involving companies or other stakeholders is always carried out in accordance with an agreement to be concluded, and in an impartial manner. The results of the commissioned study are owned by the customer and involve absolute confidentiality. The different methods of commissioned research include, for example, an RDI project funded by the customer, an analysis service for individual samples or sample series, and various surveys and expert reports. This way, our customers benefit from our expertise appropriately in order to develop their own operations.
